In my opinion, the best laser hair remover you will ever invest in. I have had an eye on the Zen laser hair remover ever since it was first launched a year back. Today I am super excited in having to review it. I have waited for years to get my hands on this laser hair remover! Lots of my friends have tried and highly recommended it. Like everyone else, I too had questions such as, is IPL light safe, will it burn my skin, and most of all – will it leave any dark spots on my skin. I tried it and none of this happened provided you take good care and follow the instructions provided along with it and your own research. At the end of the day, you know your skin best. I am an Asian with brown skin tone and yellow undertones. My hair is black in color and very thick. For any Asian members of Indian origin reading this… You know what I am saying when I refer to the 5 o’clock shadow and dark bristly hair, the dark patches when shaving/waxing! This is the laser hair remover for you sisters! I had done a lot of research prior to getting the Zen laser hair remover, so I knew exactly the kind of results I was expecting. All you need is time, patience and a lot of care for your skin before and after, which you should be doing anyway. I used the Zen laser hair remover on my face (sides, upper lips, lower lip, chin). 7 weeks after usage and I now only have the baby fluff. Some chin hair is very thin and still appears but I know with more use, it won’t be there much longer. Great so far for me!

I used the Zen laser hair remover on my lower legs. 6 weeks of usage and now my skin is more super silky and soft. If you do have to shave, it is more of a breeze I tell you. Few long strokes with the razor and it’s done! I recently went to Italy on holiday and I did not have to use a razor at all for the 10 days that I was there. I have tried it on my Bikini line, but as the hair is much more thicker there, I have seen less hair growth, but it is not completely lessened like my legs. A very effective laser hair remover for me. I received this device 2 months ago and I used the laser hair remover on my face, armpits, my bikini line and legs. The laser hair remover is lighter than I thought it would be and is portable, so I can carry it even when travelling. After 4 weeks I noticed much smoother skin. The hair was thinner and as I got to week 5 and hair was not growing back as fast and as thick. It’s amazing not having to shave every couple of days, I haven’t touched the razor since the day the product came. After 7 weeks of using it the change is very noticeable. I have tried it on my arms, but as I haven’t been consistent, on purpose just to see the 5 week results and the difference in hair growth on my arms compared to my legs is very different. My hair is so much thinner and I can hardly see it. Best money that I have spent lately. I really had thought I might fall into the 1% of people with no results, as I thought the hairs on my legs where a little to light in color (light, darkish type blonde) But honestly, after the 3rd session on my legs my heart sunk because of the visible results. Now after my 4th session I would say there’s is 60% less hair growth! So I will keep on using this amazing laser hair remover! I have recently just completed the second stage and my one piece of advice is to be patient! It does take this long for hairs to dramatically decrease, so do not expect instant results. I used it on my underarms, bikini line, lip, chin and legs and after the first 4 treatments (every two weeks), the hair is barely noticeable . I have had to wax for so many years and I am overwhelmed with the lasering results. It’s more convenient to do it at home, than go to a salon where the overall price would be much more than the cost of the Zen laser hair remover. Amazing results, and I would highly recommend it again and again!

I love my results from this IPL laser hair remover. Both me and my husband have benefited from using the device. We have both seen great positive results from it when we have used it. It has left my leg hair growth very minimal and when it does grow back it is much less noticeable. Since my hair grows so quickly, I have mostly benefited from not having to deal with removing my body hair several times a week. I have not experienced any sort of irritation as I have with the other methods of hair removal. It works very well with my fair skin tone, dark body hair combination. But, be aware that it is not recommended on all hair/skin. The instructions and set up are very easy to follow. A very study piece of equipment that will last me, for some time.

This is a brilliant time saver. This Zen laser hair remover product was a birthday present, and I must admit that it was one of the most useful gifts I got in the past decade! It’s very useful to be able to minimise the time I spend on my hair removal. I train 5 days a week at a fitness gym and I truly disliked the look of my legs being so hairy because I have a light skin tone and dark brown hair. Also due to my nature, I tend to have some facial hair and this makes me feel very uncomfortable! I’ve finally found a hair remover, that actually works. It’s very easy to use with good instructions and a very clever skin sensor to give the right setting for my skin and hair type. It’s pain free, with just a slight warmth to the skin and no mess. I can use this device anywhere I like, so what is there not to love? This is an amazing pain free hair removal product. The Zen laser hair remover is in my honest opinion an amazing choice for painless hair removal, I did suffer with some ingrowing hairs from disposable razors and was looking for a way to keep myself fresh and smooth for longer periods without these issues. I certainly found it, the IPL is compact and I love the feature it has of testing the skin first to see which amount of strength is required to safely laser the hair and slow the growth rather than a product where you just do it and hope it’s going to be OK. The device arrived very well packaged to ensure that there’s no damage to the machine or the laser area which I was very pleased with. I have to admit I was a little nervous at first as I assumed it would hurt. But once I laid everything out and read the manual, I began by starting with the skin analysis where you touch it to your skin and the machine tests your skin and tells you which setting to use, strength wise to ensure a safer level of intensity. This is a bonus for anyone nervous like myself.

Really easy to use with great results for me and fantastic once you get the hang of it. But aside from that I suffered from sensitive skin and living with shaving rash, ingrown hairs and super hair growth my whole life. This product has changed my life. For the first usage there was a noticeable slowing of my hair growth, I did my 5th treatment a week ago and I have no regrow so far on my legs at all and only a few smaller patches on my bikini area and underarms. I have had no ingrown hairs or shaving rash since the third treatment which on its own, is a life changer for me. This is not a fast fix and you have to stick to a schedule as it takes a couple of tries just to get used to, but if you keep going, it will be worth it in the end. It’s worth every penny and minute spent.

I can use this device on my legs, underarms, bikini line, facial hair, as the list is endless. But I have to say, I did remove my leg hairs before starting this process as they were quite long and left it 24 hours for my skin to settle before starting with the IPL which ensures that the pulses of light would go directly through to the hair follicle and giving the hair instructions not to grow and in effect to go into its resting stage. In reality you are not lasering the hair off, you are sending messages with the laser to slow the hair growth down and prevent regrowth. Any hair will naturally shed off, and anyone who knows about hair knows there are 3 stages and depending on which stage of growth you are in, it’s how long you will have between shaving your legs or underarms etc… but this Zen laser hair remover actually does that work for you by telling it not to grow… I used the Zen laser hair remover initially two times, every week and did this for 4 weeks and after this time you will see that the hair growth has slowed down, if by chance you notice a couple of strays that might have been missed you can like me shave it, since it wont hurt but after this the touch ups can be done once every 2-4 weeks. There is no need to do it more than this as the results will be the same.
